Instructions
In a large cooking pot, pour in only 4 cups of water and leave until it boils.
If not already, switch the temperature to be medium heat. Then, add the tapioca pearls in and cook for 40 minutes Stir occasionally so the tapioca pearls don't stick at the bottom of the pot or burn.
Put in 1/4 cup brown sugar and stir until fully combined.
Turn off the heat and let the sago pearls cool down until it reaches roomm temperature. Then, set aside.
Heat a saucepan and then add in the remaing 1/2 cups of water
Once water starts to boil, add in the remain brown sugar. Mix the mixture and let simmer. Do this until it thickens. Once the wanted amount of thickness is achieved, set aside
Place tofu (the amount is entirely up to you) in a contaner of your choice (preferably a glass) and heat in the microwave for a minute.
Gentle put in your amazing pearl sago and thick, delicious syrup over the tofu.
Serve warm.
